If you want to set a fixed shipping price (flat rate) in OpenCart follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the OpenCart administration panel
  2. From the menu on the left click on Extensions >> Shipping
  3. Select Flat Rate
  4. From the right side of the options click on the pencil-like button to make edits
  5. Set the cost and the rest of the data and in the upper right corner click on the Save icon
