In WooCommerce you can easily edit the email templates used by your online store.

To edit email templates, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the WordPress admin panel
  2. Navigate to the WooCommerce> Settings> Emails section
  3. From here you can edit several templates for each action (New Order; Canceled Order; Processing order ... etc.
  4. To edit one of the templates, select the one you want from the top tab
  5. Configure the template according to your preferences
  6. To save the modified template click on Save Changes
