To add a new email account in SmarterMail Enterprise we recommend using the administration panel provided by HostX. It is important not to create new email accounts from the SmarterMail Enterprise administration panel.

  • Log in to SolidCP (https://win.hostx.ro)
  • Access Spaces area; click on the subscription name (usually it has the same name as your domain)
  • Access Mail >> Accounts
  • Click on "Create Mail Account" button
  • Type the user (email address prefix) and password you want to use (password must be at least 8 characters of which at least one is numeric)
  • Click on "Save" button
