Let's Encrypt is a recognized certification authority, so there will be no warning messages. The only conditions (applicable to any SSL certificate) is that your website is configured correctly and you use a browser that supports SNI.

Similar to any SSL certificate with domain level validation, browsers will display a green padlock, respectively the https prefix with green in the browser address bar. If you click on the padlock they will show you details about the SSL certificate.
