Let's Encrypt SSL certificates will be automatically installed/renewed for all domains that resolve to HostX servers (cPanel platform), do not have other active and valid SSL certificates, respectively, which does not block the validation process from .htaccess.
In order for the validation process to be completed it is important to make sure that the domain is already added to your cPanel account, has the associated HostX nameservers, and the nameservers are already propagated. After the nameserver propagation, the issuing and installation of the Let's Encrypt certificate can take up to 24 hours.
