The error "Unroutable address/Unroutable mail domain" can have several causes:

  • a wrongly typed recipient's email address (for example [email protected] instead of [email protected])
  • exceeding the hourly limit of emails that can be sent. In this situation, please wait an hour and then try again.
  • the email server cannot determine the correct route for sending the email due to a DNS problem within the recipient domain. In this situation we recommend that you contact the recipient by alternative means to remedy the problem.
