Shared hosting subscriptions on Windows Server 2016 platform include support for SQL Server 20xx, respectively MariaDB 10.x. To create an MSSQL / MariaDB database please follow the steps below:

  1. Access SolidCP (https://win.hostx.ro/)
  2. Select one of the options: SQL Server / Maria DB
  3. On the right side, click Create database
  4. Add a database name and save
  5. Create a user for that database, choose a password and confirm the password
  6. Check the database you want the user to have access to and save.
